Gracia Bali Villas, a 5* villa with private pool with well appointed and well maintained villas.

The surrounding ambience at Gracia Bali Villas did not call for a 5* rating of the Villa. Also, the reception area was usually found to be empty and intercom appeared to be shut at night. There was no room service/ house keeping available at night.

Location good close to beach and shops/restaurants

Poor facilities, broken shower, low water pressure, noisy pump for water, no cold drinking water, outdated bathrooms, poor breakfast, noisy fan in bathroom, dirty Bedroom Walls, poorly maintained, certainly Not 5 Star you are advertising, more like 2 star, please change 5 star designation is misleading customers, as a matter of fact we feel cheated and should get discount

Amazing location near beach and shops, private pool for kids, attentive staff, spacious and clean villa with daily cleaning, breakfast served daily, clean filtered water.

The staff were impeccable and couldn't do enough for us, while still being discreet enough to let us get on with our holiday. The location is great as its just far enough back from the main shopping strip to allow peace and quiet, and close enough to shops, restaurants, massage, bars and the beach to suit everyone's needs. There's a lovely hotel round the corner (Gado Gado) for an indulgent dinner overlooking the ocean, and lots of beach bars nearby for lounging and watching the sunset. We spent most of our time lazing by the private pool which was the whole point of our holiday, really. A great trip!

The water pressure in the bathrooms was not great and we lost the power a couple of times (its more an issue for cold drinks!), but these are both typical of Bali anyway because of the nature of their electrical supply. Lots of pot holes and construction works going on in the nearby main street but again, not a fault of the villa, more the area in general. The living area is open to the elements (though undercover) which means we made friends with lots of geckos - again not an issue if that sort of thing doesn't bother you.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. the pool and gardens were clean and tidy. Lovely little outside area. Breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh every day.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

It was like staying in a private, traditional Balinese cottage with my own pool and entertainment. The staff were amazing at arranging everything I needed, like taxis and scooter hire. I'll definitely be coming back!

Who needs warm water in the shower anyway? So overrated.

the location was perfect - close to the beach and in a quiet side street. There was even a convenience store just 50 meters away. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. When my child fell ill, they went to the shops for me outside of their normal hours and even arranged for a doctor to visit us on site. the breakfast at our villa was absolutely amazing and cooked fresh every morning, which was a real treat. I also loved having our own private pool and the layout of the villa with separate living spaces for parents and kids.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at this hidden gem in Seminyak. The villa we stayed in was spacious and had a lovely private pool. The location was ideal, with the beach and shopping areas just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a slightly tired bathroom, we would definitely recommend this place for a tranquil getaway. we had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again.

Loved the quiet and cozy hideaway, perfect for a romantic escape. The location was amazing, just a short stroll to the beautiful beach and the bustling shopping areas. We enjoyed having plenty of space in our apartment and it was kept tidy throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some upgrades. There were a few minor cleanliness issues like moldy edges that affected the appearance.

Gracia Bali always feels like my second home. The staff helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry services, and an indoor pool. Perfect for my city trips. No regrets!
